Option #1: Please feel free to leave messages here. Penguin is probably slightly older than you and would be perfectly happy to respond and offer advice. Although considering how much of a mess he currently is himself, that may or may not be remotely helpful.
Option #2: click on this link to visit LoveShack.org. LS is a great community that I've been to for some time... you could look for advice, see how other people deal with similar issues or simply rant your heart out. The people are supportive, as they know exactly what you are going through.
Option #3: Meditate. Ponder life. Figure out ... yeah never mind, let's start with one of the above.
Exercise is recommended especially when you feel down, eat properly, talk with friends and family, pick up a new hobby. If all else fails, please come to me. I've been there.
